Voter Intimidation, fraud and frank talk on both sides!

October 9, 2008

This fax was sent to the Glacier County Elections Judge describing election violations and potential fraud in the 2006 election (Brian Schweitzer voter fraud claims – written, video).  The fax describes ballots leaving the polling place and others signing the voter sign in sheet for someone else.  Come on Montana wake up- lets clean up these elections and be honest.

Don’t forget the green voter cards- if you did I will remind you.  This card was given to voters at the doors of the polling place by Carol Juneau, then a free dinner was offered to the voters after they voted – this was hosted in the Browning school which is run by Carol’s husband.  Juneau might sound familiar right?  Yes, it’s the same Juneau that is a candidate fro OPI – Denise Juneau, Carol’s daughter.

Another priceless piece of election propaganda!

What’s going on in Cut Bank and Browning?  I thought Governor Brian Schweitzer was supposed to solve all these problems, I guess not. There should be an investigation into these voter fraud facts, or at least the Department of Justice should send poll watchers to oversee elections in Montana to ensure honest elections.  Since Forward Montana is the ACORN of Montana we need to be careful that the same voter fraud that took place in 2006 will happen again.  Forward Montana should expose all of their contacts with organizations such as ACORN, provide total and complete disclosure of funding and their employees and if any are convicted felons.

Since former Representative and Forward Montana employee Kevin Fury is married to Brian Schweitzer’s press secretary, Sara Elliott, we need to have all the phone records and emails opened up for the last four years…it just seems like the ties run pretty deep.  Governor Brian Schweitzer promised open government and delivered nothing except hiring several sitting Legislators (Kevin Furey, Eve Franklin, Sam Kitzenberg and Mike Cooney as well as many others) for cushy government jobs, committing electioneering-voter fraud and intimidating legislators and others to get his way.  Keep your promise and OPEN GOVERNMENT NOW and quite taking government Junkets!!!!

Voter fruad Montana 2006????

October 4, 2008

The 2006 election of Jon Tester and the comments Brian Schweitzer made to the trial attorneys in July bring about bad feelings.  Will the 2008 elections be fraught with democrat voter fraud?

I believe it will.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE FACTS

1. In 2007 a Lawsuit regarding voter fraud was filed in federal court, but later withdrawn.

2. Steve Bullock was the attorney that defended Big Horn County against the voter fraud charges. Page 8 of complaint

3. Mike McGrath was the attorney defending the State of Montana against the voter fraud charges. Yet the candidate for the Chief of the Supreme Court (Mike McGrath) said that the Governor is just joking and would not follow up for fear that there was truth to his “joking”.

4. Brian Schweitzer and Jon Tester went to the AAJ Convention (trial attorney’s convention in Seattle).

5. Carol Juneau intimidates voters in Browning by electioneering at the polling place and passing out voter cards for all Indians, then offering them a free dinner at the Browning school where her husband is the superintendent – don’t forget the Democrat van and loud speaker system that was telling people how to vote, and you had better vote democrat.

6. Big Horn county not locking up ballot boxes. (This was defended by Bullock – running for Attorney General)

“On November 11, 2006 Plaintiff Kortlander called Defendant Johnson, Secretary of State, and informed the Secretary that there were unlocked ballot boxes at precincts 5 and 7 located within the exterior of boundaries of the Crow Indian Reservation, and that Plaintiff Coddens, a non-tribal poll watcher was ordered by enrolled Crow tribal members serving as Big Horn County election judges to leave the precinct before the processing of the ballots was completed.” Page 8 of complaint

7. Poll watcher was removed just like Brian Schweitzer said. Page 8 of complaint

8. “Prior to Election Day, the government of the Crow Tribe issued multiple tribal identification cards to both herself and others, with separate cards in both their Crow and American names”. Page 8 of complaint

9. “Although the federally-funded government of the Crow Tribe endorsed a slate of tribal candidates for non-tribal offices and expended sums in excess of applicable limits, Defendants have not required the Tribe to register as a political action committee or report its expenditures. – The Tribe violated Montanas campaign laws”. Page 7 of complaint

10.  The Crow tribe governs by fear, almost forcing their members to vote illegally. e-mail from Political Practices.

11.  Just more info from Browning regarding intimidation, fear and hatred of those that are not Native Americans.

There will be more information coming, and there is a lot to do.  Is this what our country is coming to?  Brian Schweitzer thinks this is funny,  Mike McGrath refuses to look into the comments “he’s just joking” and then you have Steve Bullock- he’s defending it.

And, finally the silence from Jon Tester is just defining.  Senator Tester, Montana challenges you to stand up and investigate this type of voter fraud!!!!!!!!!!

Brian Schweitzer election night 2006!!!!!

October 3, 2008

Just found the news cast of Brian Schweitzer explaining how dumb the voters in Kalispell are.  After reviewing the video it just reminded me that Brian Schweitzer thinks the voters in Montana are just a bunch of idiots.

Negative Press Affecting Schweitzer???

October 2, 2008

Latest news has Schweitzer’s poll numbers down… Could be that the voters are finally seeing him for what he is- a lying, bullying, criminal?

Someone needs to go grab Schweitzer’s dog so that when Brian hears the news he doesn’t take it out on a poor defenseless animal.

Brian Schweitzer, Taxpayer Junket to Wedding in Canada????

October 1, 2008

Junket (vacation), an excursion for the purpose of pleasure at public expense!!!

Why would I use the word Junket unless Brian Schweitzer took a nice trip at tax payers expense.  Well not yet that I could find but maybe later, today I want to share with you the nice planned Junket for Nancy Schweitzer. Just by dumb luck I found that the state tax payers paid for First Lady Nancy Schweitzer to take a trip to Calgary, Alberta for a wedding on the state aircraft (denoted on the Governors travel log as “SA”).  My question is.. did the Governor plan the trip around Nancy attending the Bowness/Thompson wedding?  How convenient.  Brian’s trip to Calgary just happened to be on the 23rd of June 2005 and returning on the 26th of June 2005, wow what a coincidence that his travel dates are the exact time that Nancy was in Calgary for the wedding!

Then I’m not quite sure, did the Governor bully the dirty big oil company Shell Canada to pay for some rooms for the Governors flight crew?

It sure looks like the Governor knows how to tell Joe Montana 6 pack what he wants to hear about the big bad oil companies then goes ahead and gets a nice Junket for him and his wife?

Come on Governor fess up!!!!!

Brian Schweitzer “Don’t ask Don’t tell” policy

September 30, 2008

“Schweitzer remained thin on detailed promises for a second term, saying his administration would “continue” to invest in the same priorities established during the first four years.”

Of course, Brian Schweitzer doesn’t want to tell you his future plans.  Let’s just take a look at what he actually accomplished during the past 4 yrs.  Case in point was the 2007 session, which was totally controlled by Brian Schweitzer.

All of the agencies listed below are directly control by “Commandant” Schweitzer:

Department of Administration- 21 Bills

Department of Commerce-  10 Bills

Department of Corrections- 5 Bills

Department of Environmental Quality- 24 Bills

Fish Wildlife and Parks- 11 bills

Department of Labor and Industry- 13 bills

Department of Livestock- 1 bill

Department of Military affairs- 13 bills

Department of Natural Resource and Conservation- 14 Bills

Department of Public Health and Human Resources- 25 Bills

Department of Revenue (everyone’s Favorite)- 23 Bills

Department of Transportation- 9 Bills

Governors Office- 2 Bills

Office of Budget Programming and Planning- 3 Bills

Now that we know how many… I’m going to pick it apart and just look at the Department of Revenue:

LC0503: Restrict abusive tax avoidance transactions – Lets hire 100 new Tax Auditors

LC0505: Provide tax withholding for nonresident sales of Montana real estate – Increase taxes and get the dirty buggers even though no other state does this.

HB0074: Tax withholding for nonresident mineral, oil, and gas royalty payments – Lets encourage oil and gas companies to develop in Montana – Tax increase $18 million

SB0120: Revise tax treatment of income and dividends of real estate investment trusts – Lets go after those greedy investors and land developers including Plum Creek even though they provide over 13,000 jobs for Montanans – Tax increase $33 million

HB0100: Improve management of DOR collection responsibilities – Lets have better ways to beat up the taxpayer – Tax increase $6 Million

SB0138: Tax increase $9 Million

SB0099:Five year statute of limitations for corporation license tax – Tax increase $6 million

HB0147: Revise and clarify application of bed tax and sales and use tax – Tax $2.4 million

So does Brian Schweitzer really need to tell us what he wants to accomplish during his next 4 years in office? Just look at the 2007 Session if you need to see for yourself.

Huey Long of Montana????

September 21, 2008

I was just reading a blog about Brian Schweitzer and she said “he was funny, articulate, and very liberal. He was like a western Huey Long.”

Wow that’s cool, it seems that even people in the south see him as a control freak.

Nice picture.

But here’s the real question, if he is he Huey Long of the west, then does it lend credibility to his statements regarding voter fraud on the reservations?  The following article in the Billings Gazette might lend credibility to those statements.  I think we need to look at those over 500 active state-tribal agreements that the governor has established with the tribes.

Didn’t Brian Schweitzer say that Montana would vote for Obama??

September 21, 2008

In a Washington Times article it was noted “In Montana, we like our guns. We like big guns. We like little guns. We like shotguns. We like pistols. Most of us own two or three guns. Gun control is hitting what you shoot at,” the state’s Democratic Gov. Brian Schweitzer told the New York Times in April. When asked why he thought the Democratic nominee would not win his state, he replied, “guns.”

This put the voters in Montana in an interesting situation.  Should Montanans believe Brian Schweitzer who has already admitted that he lies (tells stories), and not believe what he is quoted as saying in the article by the Washington Times?  Or, should we believe the article by the Great Falls Tribune, where Schweitzer said, “He (Obama) ain’t going to take your gun away. He ain’t ever going to take your gun away.”

If we can’t trust Schweitzer in the small issues then how can  the voters believe him on any issue — even his debates should be verified for the “truth factor.”

Brian Schweitzer Calls MSU Students “MEAN”

September 21, 2008

Why would the Governor of Montana call young innocent college students “mean people?”  It appears that Brian doesn’t like people to disagree with him, and when they do, he has to lecture them about being mean people.  Well Gov…. I’m sure that your momma told you not to call people names, didn’t she?  If she didn’t she should have.

Hey Gov. it’s okay for people to disagree with you, but I sure hope you don’t retaliate with cutting funds for those students at Montana State.  It is a good University despite some of their liberal professors like Wilmer and others.

Brian, just in case you forgot, the University is a place for Ideas and debate, not total control like you seem to need in order to feel good.

I sure hope you like the video of the good Governor of Montana.

Campaign Finances online?

September 18, 2008

Thanks to Dennis Unsworth and others, Montana is moving into the 21st century. They finally have the Candidates C-5 campaign contribution and expenditure reports on line.

There is only one problem– You can hardly read Governor Schweitzers Report!!!!  Why is that?  Is there something that he doesn’t want people to see?  Or, is the Governor just being himself – Difficult!!  This issue even popped up in an earlier report and Political Practices asked him not to print his report with a BLACK background because is made it too difficult to read.  Well, guess what – the black background is still there and it takes about 30 minutes to download his latest report because its 161 meg, thanks Gov.

On the other hand I want to thank the rest of the candidates that have given legable reports. Now lets call the Governor and ask him to send in legable reports.
