Denise Juneau helps Mom get a nice paycheck from the State of Montana

October 8, 2008

Did Denise use her position to get her mom a nice fat check for 20 minutes of work?  The following is the contract with Carol Juneau made back in 2001.  The contract was to speak at a luncheon conference sponsored by OPI and the Indian education for all program.

The interesting item is that Carol Juneau was a Legislator from Browning and Denise was running OPI’s Indian Education for all programs at the time of this contract.  Do you think that Denise was able to use her position to get her mom the job?  On top of this corruption, all of this was done under the careful watchful eye of our beloved Linda McCulloch (thanks Linda).

Just a reminder, this is the same Carol Juneau that intimidating her fellow Native Americans how to vote by handing out green voter cards illegally by handing out political propaganda at the entrance of the polling place in Browning.  I sure hope that Denise Juneau isn’t going to give any other sweetheart deals way to her cronies

Brian Schweitzer- November 2006- A day to remember!!!

October 3, 2008

When the spirits are flowing, so is the emotion – good job Brian.  Nice video!!!!!

Brian Schweitzer just being a blow hard again!!!!

September 29, 2008

Can you believe this -the Governor told the university system that he wouldn’t raise tuition for the 2008 – 2009 budget year.  Even though Brian Schweitzer has no control over the university system, he gave them a guarantee so that he can run for re-election on the issue of not raising tuition.

“Schweitzer administration officials said they have worked closely with the Board of Regents during the past few months to ensure that the $50 million proposal can freeze tuition and still meet the costs of the University System. The board oversees the system.”

Schweitzer is the one that appointed the board of regents -is he really able to get them to change their policy, or is he just a yellow belly politician that is cowtowing to the liberal left?

The news (according to the governor) is that the he can’t tell the university to comply with state law when it comes to guns and upholding the U.S. Constitution.  Oh, I get it…when it comes to an issue that he needs to claim to get re-elected he can tell the university what to do.  But when it comes to up-holding  the laws of the state of Montana and the U.S. Constitution he doesn’t have the power to tell them what to do.  Guess what Brian, the voters of Montana aren’t that stupid!

Wikigate part II by Brian Schweitzer!!!!

September 29, 2008

It appears that people in the Wiki community just don’t want any bad press for Governor Brian Schweitzer.

It appears for the second week running the Wiki community removed the section entitled “controversy”.  I thought  Wiki was suppose to allow both sides of the story?

Maybe the issue is that Brian Schweitzer and his minions can’t justify his comments regarding voter fraud and his testimony allowing the federal government to take control of Montana’s water.

Who are these people and does Wiki need to clean up its act?

Wikigate by Governor Brian Schweitzer!!!!

September 18, 2008

Thanks Governor for continuing to put Montana on the map.  Not only do we have voter fraud we now have Wikigate.  Sarah Elliott the Governors Press Secretary said ” it’s her job to make sure that the public has accurate information about the governor”.  I think its time to review the Wiki and see how accurate it really is.  Stay tuned to Truthgate that will be coming soon.

Now lets see if those comments left on the Wiki Page were political. The following were the Wikigate comments left by the Wiki poster.

“On July 14th, 2008, while speaking to the American Trial Lawyers Association convention in Philadelphia, Schweitzer stated”

“The story was first broken by www.mtpundit.com, a Montana blog, when they posted a transcript of the speech. The blogging community was in the forefront of getting the story out there as it took several days for the Main stream media to pick up on it.”

If Ms. Elliott thinks that this comment was controversial then nobody had better even mention the Governor.

Thank you Ms. Elliott for suppressing the truth.

Who is paying the Governor to Travel????

September 18, 2008

As the governor is jet-setting around the state and around the nation, who is paying for his travel?  For instance, who paid for the governor to go the Kentucky Derby in May 2007, a critical time in the state when the legislature and gov were battling over a 23% increase in state spending ?  Kudos to  Secretary of State Johnson for putting his calendar on-line…why hasn’t the gov posted his calendar? Does he have something to hide?  Let’s take a look at the governors travel vouchers…he submits all his meals…even when he goes to Butte..so  I doubt the governor himself paid for the trip to the Derby…he doesn’t even pay for his own breakfast when he goes to Butte…

Notice the number of months that the governor refused to release travel vouchers:

2005:     January, March , December  (Legislature was in session January and march)
2006:    January, March, July, September
2007:   May, July, August, September, October, November, December (Special Budget Session May)
2008:   January, February, March, April, May, June, July, and August

Notice the legislature was in session several of the months that the governor’s office refused to provide travel vouchers..coincidence?  I doubt it…more likely he was out of town with the rich Hollywood  liberal elite or maybe he was interviewing for the Bill Maher (Real Time) show instead of in the trenches working for the people of Montana…and he doesn’t want proof out there so he refuses to submit those vouchers!

Even looking at his Campaign Expenses since 2006 the Governor has only spent a little over $4,000 on travel for the last 3 years, I sure want his travel planner they get great prices!!!  Or should we look at what the state paid, for your convenience I’ve created a Spread Sheet that is matched to his voucher reimbursements, but only for the months that were disclosed from the Governors office.

Anyone need a Lawyer?

September 5, 2008

I can’t believe that Governor Schweitzer is getting legal advice from Eric Stern.  According to some great blogs out there, the Governor’s “Senior Counsel” isn’t even licensed in Montana to practice law!  After doing some research into his status with the bar, I found that he is Delinquent in the State of New York and not licensed anywhere else.  Even more research revealed that Mr. Stern has had some trouble with the LAW in Virgina and in an ironic twist, it appears that Governor Schweitzer’s attorney can’t even represent himself.  According to the virginia-court-report, in 1996 Stern was found guilty in abstensia (as in he didn’t show up) on both counts – the first for having no registration in possession and second for reckless driving.  This is just one example of the type of people that Governor Schweitzer trusts to help him run the State of Montana.
